Not a day passes without a few people registering. I can’t let you all down. I’ve asked for a hand in running the site in the past and haven’t heard anything…. Oh well. I guess some super fan will eventually find the site and want to lend a hand. I forgot to transfer my domain to FrugalName.com and ended up paying $35 for a 1yr renewal instead of $8 I was going to spend that money on family feud for some family fun and poof it’s gone. Bastards. I received this update from the playstation blog and decided it was worth posting: We’re also very happy to announce that Patch 1.06 activates the new Fat Princess Party feature! Due to the overwhelming fan response, Patch1.06 delivers four-player same-console co-op for FREE to everyone who owns Fat Princess! Fans will be able to enjoy couch co-op in both online and offline games. Players will also be able to re-spawn at outposts, which adds a whole new level of co-op strategy to all gaming modes and levels. And that’s not all. We’ve also included clan tags and password-protected games to make playing with your friends even more easy and fun. And for those of you who have heard about the game, but have not yet sampled the cake…what are you waiting for? Go ahead and download the Full Fat Princess game on June 29 for just $14.99. It includes everything from the initial release updated all the way through Patch 1.06, so you get all of this great content (all original maps plus four recently released new maps, party feature, clan tags and loads of enhancements) in one fell swoop. At first I was excited. Titan and Epic Games China replied to my first few emails, but it all hit a dead end. They obviously don’t care. I thought we both had the same goal in mind. Sell more Fat Princess so more people can enjoy this awesome game. At this point, I wish someone would take over, and run this site, or Titan can buy the domain. Main Bug Fixes A couple Titan developers were at PAX 2009 to show off the upcoming Fat Princess map named New Pork. They also took some time to talk about other improvements they are working on based on fan feedback. Devs that actually listen are a wonderful thing and will ensure that the game will only get better with time. The player base would dwindle if bugs, exploits, and over/under powered classes remained unchanged. Enough yapping. Here is the video: I’ve started adding people to my friends list recently, and what I do is add the top couple players from both teams. Points aren’t everything, but a pretty decent indicator that the player is keeping busy and at least doing something right. I’m still thinking about taking a new psn id (fat-princess.com) online, but I think I’ll stick with what I’ve been using since I’ve gotten so fabulous. Sorry, It my my birthday yesterday, and I didn’t have a chance to check for any new fat princess news, but better late than never. The update is about the new upcoming DLC for fat princess, and one of the many new maps/etc will be the New Pork map. Other rumored maps are: Frost Bite, Candy Mountain and Brownie Town New Pork offers an exciting array of strategies to slice and dice your way to victory. Use multiple sewer shortcuts to sneak up behind your enemies, blow up barricades to open up new routes of assault and defend your princess from the rooftops. New Pork is just the beginning of additional content for Fat Princess.
